From Rock Bottom to Transformation

Hi, I'm Marco Bergin. Six years ago, I made the decision that changed everything—I got sober through Alcoholics Anonymous. What I didn't expect was how that journey would transform not just my mind and spirit, but my entire body.

Through the 12 principles of AA and incorporating healthy habits into my daily routine, I've lost 70 pounds. Not through crash diets or extreme measures, but through consistency, honesty with myself, and the same discipline I learned in recovery.

Now I'm on a mission to help others in recovery discover that wellness isn't separate from sobriety—it's part of the same beautiful journey. Everything I offer is completely free because I believe everyone deserves access to these tools.
